Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are literally downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be charged based on stay length. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
