This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking will result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
