Lack of communication and help. These people do both but take ur money. They lie sand cheat. And the amount there charging for rent for apartments that fall apart, grow mushrooms and mold. Roaches, bugs and mice constantly.

Mice, no air conditioner, no heating, staff rude as hell. Oh if someone breaks in and damages it they will make you pay for it.

I currently live here and its beautiful but the heating sucks. I have kids and it is cold in the apartment just like it is outside. As for roaches and mice as I seen other reviews I haven't had that problem so far just the heat issue...

Bug infested. Mice infested. Hard time reaching office staff for any issues. Opened my door on the THIRD floor to someone smoking crack in front of my apt. Always some sort of violent crime happening either on the corner or within a block radius

Management is very rude and unprofessional. Getting conflicting information regarding the move in process by the property manager and another employee. This place reeks of disaster!
