I have lived here for a year it's been nice, peaceful and quiet. The building is one block from the beach and boardwalk which will be very relaxing to enjoy the beach this summer and the historic Absecon Lighthouse. Easy access to public transportation one block from the jitney and two blocks from the bus and Tony bologna is across the street from the building. The management staff is very nice and friendly. My apartment was very clean and new carpet was installed before I moved in with was… very nice.The building is well maintained and any repairs need in my apartment are taking care of in a timely manner. Vermont Plaza is very affordable for place to live in Atlantic City.

Apartment

I lived there before and had a problem with the assistant . she is nasty no respect other people.
I had problem since day one. I wrote them telling i am vacating the premise s and they told me i still have to pay. 1,295.00.
Maintenance was never around when u called took them days to get to u.
