The location is great & the super is wonderful; that’s where the positives end. We’ve lived here for 4 years and the decline in the last 2 years is measurable. The building has aged out of its “luxury” status and into its dilapidated era. We have had ongoing issues with mice for 2 years, asked for some help financially for replacing all of our belongings that were ruined by the mice running rampant-including burrowing into our crate & barrel sofa-and were told that it’s not their problem. Have... experienced multiple leaks in the ceilings of both of our bathrooms rendering them useless until fixed, the dryers are crap, we have to run a medium load 3x to get it mostly dry, the garage door is broken quite a bit and remains open for any and all to walk right in, fire alarms go off all the time-middle of the night, Christmas, take your pick! There are dead flies all over the lobby and the residents are filthy in the elevators and trash rooms. Paid to break my lease just to get out of this place after living here for only 3 months. Loud neighbors, marijuana smoking in the building that gets into your apartment. Dogs constantly barking. Loud music played constantly. Management team who seemingly doesnt care. I immediately had an issue upon moving in with someone parking in my spot and was told to "park on the street". Apartment was still dirty from previous tenants upon moving in. Water stains on ceiling, holes spackled but not painted... . For the amount of money they charge its sad, dont move here. Read More

Everything is wrong with this building. The plumbing was done wrong in this building so every now and then be ready for no water. No working parking system, been broken for months and no one fixed it. Be prepared for constant noises, building slowly falling apart. The tenants here are not so nice, seems like it’s from the hood. The super alex isn’t doing a good job, cuts the rules for some and enforces it on the few. Do yourself a big favor and do not rent here at all
