DONT DO IT!!!! Would give it 0 stars

I lived here for a year….. it was an absolute horrible. We had holes everywhere in the apartment. In the walls, under the sinks, everywhere and rats and mice came out to play all the time. When we called about the holes and mice their solution was to stuff foam in the holes and put down traps which did absolutely nothing as we had a mice problem the WHOLE TIME we lived there. We even bought things Personally and nothing helped. We also had to call 4-5 times before they finally did this and… promised to have an exterminator come out which NEVER HAPPENED. Back to talking about the holes… we had a gigantic hole in the Dining room floor, where the floor literally was sunken in and after calling them a couple times they came in “reinforced it“ and began to sink and sag again, not even a month later. At one point, we had a leak from the AC unit near where that hole was in the floor and a mushroom grew out of the wall where the hole was. Our upstairs neighbors were super loud and always making noise all hours of the night. The management company is absolutely terrible to work with and I would highly recommend just avoiding this place altogether. We made a deal with them for rent and they still tried to Evict us . Oh and the pool is like never open so if you think oh a pool nice amenity it’s not. The only positive thing I have to say about living here is that the maintenance men are very friendly and there’s a lot of places to walk your dog.

Infestation

If you love roaches and mouses come here !!!
You will have roaches in your closet or plate and mice poop in every corner.
The office manager doesn’t care if you have issues the only thing that matter is PAY YOUR RENT -
The maintenance team are horrible they are intrusive and incompetent.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now. Currently, the AC has not been working and it’s been 1 and a half weeks since I informed the maintenance guys. The office barely responds and I always get forwarded to the operator line. It feels like living in a sauna in this summer heat. And it is freezing cold in the winter months. The rent is also ridiculous for this place. Don’t let the renovations fool you. The pool has not been open since I moved here. The gym is small. Trash is everywhere. I also… smell cigarette smoke and marijuana coming through my vents. The price is not worth it. They do not even upkeep the property. It’s ridiculous

Great Place

I have been living here for 24 years. Since Olivetree Management has taken over I have seen more improvements in the past few years then when the other owner had it this place is looking better then it ever has. i have raised my children here and they have also rented here when they became adults.

don’t be fooled

I haven’t lived here a a year and I’m already looking for new places. The get you with an affordable rent and updated look. It was okay for a while then I started to notice the roach problem, thin walls and noisy neighbors who play music through all hours of the night, cops here frequently. My ac unit has had to be looked at three times before they decide to replace it barely had ac this whole summer. Didn’t give any updates had to call each time, and there excuse is we only have on hvac… technician. Place is decent service not so much, would rather pay more for amenities and security. They promised updates haven’t seen anything since I’ve been here
