Place has no parking due to over occupied apartments, laundry smells like sewage, and the basements have mold in the units. Terrible place stay away..

Don't move here a few months after living here my apartment was constantly crawling with roaches. I called management they left a bottle of raid for me to use not worth it. Promise I would kill around 10-15 every morning before work it was horrible

I currently reside in this apartment and can not wait to leave. We have had non-stop issues with neighbors being loud, blasting music, and being incredibly rude when we confront them over and over. I can’t even sit down in my living room because of the shaking floors and loud music/tv noise that overpowers my own tv. We are coming up to the end of our lease and I have never been more ready to leave this place. The staff are no help, the neighbors are loud and disrespectful, the heat barely works... . -10/10 recommended.

I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The staff (especially the manager) is disrespectful, unprofessional, ill-mannered, ignorant, and extremely cold hearted human beings. Sad to say is wasted my time and money in this place. Disgusting.

Blackwood Terrace Apartments are being renovated and are under new management. The property manager is on site and when ever I had a problem they have always send maintenance to correct issues ,it's good to know that we can count on them.The new staff are caring and they get things done right .The apartments are completely renovated and I love my kitchen.
