Safe, clean, affordable

We've lived in Jamestown Square for 5 years, and the ONLY reason we're moving is because we're expecting another baby and need a bigger space, so we bought a house. This complex is SAFE, clean, affordable, and family-oriented. Very well-maintained. Convenient area. Most importantly, maintenance is extremely fast. You call and they come out almost immediately. I have enjoyed my time at Jamestown and am truly sad to go. I wish there was a 10 star option. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you so much to Anna... the leasing manager, Ralph, Marco & the rest of the maintenance staff, and Jamestown Square apartments for a remarkable 5 year stay! We will miss you!!

Nice place to live

Jamestown has the best property manager. Anna was professional and always willing to help. Maintenance was also speedy and professional. Clean and quiet community. I am sad that I had to move out because of job relocation. I wish I could stay longer. If you are looking for one or two bedroom apartments around this area, this is it.

The apartments are very clean and very well maintained and the maintenance people are very helpful and fast to respond. The associate at the office is very friendly and very helpful. The monthly rent is very low in against the services they provide

Family oriented and quiet community

I loved my stay at Jamestown. I’m sure any apartment complex you go there will be common issues but, rest assured you will have them fixed conveniently with the staff here. Ana is apart of the leasing office and is wonderful, she truly is a pleasure to have apart of the community.
I’ve never had any issues here and will miss my place.
