Mohring Place

I lived in Mohring Place in Bound Brook for the past year and hated having to move after my job in Jersey ended. The apartment was perfect for my situation, and was designed perfectly for my needs (large walk in closet, in unit washer and dryer, a den for exercise equipment, and a beautiful view from the veranda balcony). One reason I chose it was because it was walking distance to the train station and one block from Main Street that had a great selection of bistros and restaurants. I would… go frequently to NYC on the weekend which even with transfers was less than 1:30 from the Bound Brook station. Also, the fitness center in the building is top notch outfitted with all of the best equipment and everything I needed to keep in shape from squat racks to leg and cable machines, and dumbbells up to 60lbs. I have lived in a lot of apartments and this was by far the best gym so far.
Another reason I chose it was that I felt safe, tons of cameras in the building, covered and gated parking lot under the building with assigned spaces, and key FOBs to get into the building. Since all of the units are one bedrooms, most of the tenants staying there were like me, single and employed with no kids.
While, I was there, I had a few maintenance issues and the staff was quick to respond and repair. Within a few hours of entering the request in the online portal, I received a phone call from the staff. The Mohring Place team with Jose, Juan, and Christina were always helpful and accessible.
I hope I get the opportunity to work in Central Jersey again and I would definitely stay there again! Read More
