We've been dealing with a loud neighbor that allows her 2 dogs to run and roughhouse above us. Management has told us to deal with it ourselves.
Don't live here. You will only deal with disorganized people who really don't care to do their jobs.

They scheduled a tour and sent me appointment confirmation but when we showed up there was no one at the leasing office. They don’t answer the phone and don’t return the message. Was very excited about the apartment but got disappointed.

The apartments are nicely designed and laid out, very nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, nice appliances in the kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, great windows, etc. The community is unexpectedly quiet, especially given the great location near shopping, restaurants and transportation. The other tenants were polite and friendly but also private and respectful. Beware the management company - and get everything in writing from them at least twice, even if it's in your lease!
