Horrible Customer service
Terrible customer service after you sign the lease. Scheduled to move in on the 26th of May for a month and was told the day before that I had to sign the lease early because they were closed on that day and have to pay an extra $200 in rent. Had to rearrange my movers and utility appointments at my cost to compensate for the change. You have to buy your own ac units and pay for the owners to install it. $3 dollar fee to pay rent with a bank account and only two sets of washer and dryers onsite... for over 40 residents. Very disappointed with the landlords.
