Poor Management

The nicest thing about this apartment is that it’s on the beach and updated. The management is awful. We have been here roughly 6 months, had major issues with our heat. Management does not take issues seriously. They have a portal for service requests but never respond in a timely manner. They shut our water off twice to fix a broken pipe in the basement of the building without even notifying any of the tenants. We’re not renewing simply because of the management and the inconveniences they... have caused.

Great area.

The area is great! Management really cares about making adjustments and about making tenants happy. The area was especially nice in summer days and assigned parking came in handy.

Love our place

Our year lease is coming to an end. But for the time that we have been here we have loved living here. Growing family means a bigger place, but for the price & size for our 1 bedroom there wasn’t much more you could ask for.
