Short-Term/Vacation Rentals- Pricing is based on a 2 night minimum during the off season, a 3-4 night minimum on holiday/peak weekends and full week/7night rentals during peak season with a max occupancy of 17 guests.

Mid-Term/Long Term Rentals- These are only available during the off season and pricing is based on a 2 month minimum with an 8 guest occupancy for $6000/month utilities included. For each additional guest there is an additional $250/month rent increase with a maximum capacity of 17 guests.

Off Season Discounted Rates- During the off season pricing is discounted 20% for 1 week stays, 30% for 2 week stays, 40% for 3 week stays and 50% for 4 week stays.

The house has a laid-back, eclectic, homey feel and has all of the basic essentials you would find in a home. The entertainment options are endless, so boredom is not an option. An arcade machine along with a Nintendo, N64, Wii, foosball, ping pong, board game library and plenty of yard games will keep any group busy and having fun. The mood lighting throughout the house and yard creates the perfect ambience and watching outdoor movies and games on the 75inch screen is a great way to relax when the weather is nice.
