Pearl Pointe Apartments

Nothing, but good things to say about my two year stay at Pearl Pointe. Very clean complex that is always kept in top tier shape. Maintenance and the leasing team are always quick to respond to requests and all of the residents were a pleasure to meet. 10/10 recommend and sad to be leaving!

I have been looking for apartments for the past year and happen to come across these. My first walk through was with Nikki the property manager. It was raining that day and she was still able to take me on a tour of the building we looked a few apartments and discussed what it was I was looking for. Nikki took her time with me I didn't feel rushed or like a number. She is very professional and down to earth. At the time of the tour the building was not ready to be moved in. But, she said I could… email her to follow up on the status of the building.

I eventually decided to take a second tour and met with Simone the leasing specialist. She also was great. She showed me a few of the available apartments that I was interested in. Went over any question I may have had. I kept up with her through email and I tell you I emailed a lot. She was always professional and got back to me that same day or by the next day. You will not be disappointed working with these two nor the area.
