New, Clean, Great Location

I am new to the area and have looked at about 15 places but this apartment complex was clean and nice. Very modern in design and it is in a great location.

3rd one in

I was the 3rd person to move into this apartment building when it first open in Jan of 2012. I like the apartment for the location and it's size cause I live alone so I don't need a super large place and I live so close to the Ben Franklin Bridge so I can go to work everyday. It only takes 2 minutes to get on the bridge to get into the city. Anyone in my position will agree on my opinion of my apartment.
