Do not rent here . Luxury only is the high rent you pay
So where do I start ? This building is the most cheapest build I have ever seen . Heater had to get fixed over 4/5 times. Didn’t have proper heat for 3 months. Now it’s going towards summer - AC had to fix 2/3 times . Then already had a water leak , now the cabinets are falling off . You will have to get used to having the super in your unit almost on a weekly basis . DONT DO IT . Your personal and professional life will involve around the apartment and it’s issues. And mind you they want… “luxury” money.
