Okay but would avoid it if you can
I lived here for 3 years and it started off well. I moved here in 2020 and recently moved out in August 2023. I dealt with noisy neighbors and every single time I contacted the main Tuli Realty office there was either no response or very little concern for my needs as a tenant. I asked to be moved to another unit and they denied my request and said that’s not something they do. I was very disheartened by my experience here since I had been there for a few years and they refused to accommodate me… . They didn’t return my security deposit and then tried to charge me additional fees. They have yet to respond to any of my emails. I would stay away from this company.
