No maintenance
It's impossible to get anything fixed at this place and it's getting worse and worse every day.

Dont Move to this DUMP!
I lived here for 9 years and the place get worse and worse. Maintenance guys are too drunk to do repairs... apartments are outdated, parking is HORRIBLE, and I am even living with the issues of possible mold and a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling which I've complained about for the past two months from a existing water leak from a upstairs unit which cause my bathroom to flood..and what NOTHING!!! But they want that rent money on the first. DONT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL JUST END UP IN COURT TO... FAILURE TO DO REPAIRS!

lived here for years
Awefull, before they were decent, now everything is outdated and the management and workers all drink in a garage and they done care about anything you have to say. Pretty much the worst apartment complex in all of Clifton. the only good thing is that the people that live here are nice

I've been here 19 years. There has not been one up date to this apartment. It is quiet and my son has a lot of kids around the area to play with. I'm on rent assistance, I am basically stuck here or I would move. I give this place a two star out of five.
