Property and Property Management are phenomenal!

First and foremost, the property itself is great. Visitor and street parking always available in a wonderful and quiet location of Clifton. Great place for families as well.

Eva, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic! She’s helpful, kind, considerate, extremely diligent, and genuinely cares about the tenants. Her attentiveness is one of the reasons it makes living here such a wonderful experience.

HAPPY TENANT

I am a tenant at Highland Terrace for 15 years and I am very pleased to say that I have seen management come and go but the management team we currently have Freddie and Ms Eva they are very pleasant and professional and they set the bar very high when it comes to hospitality . Any repairs that was ever needed has been taken into consideration right away and always made sure I was never inconvenienced . The hallways and the grounds are always groomed so nicely . I am a proud tenant of Highland… Terrace .

Great Location

I have lived in this complex over 15 years and i love it, It is convenient for the schools and stores and you have a singed parking, storage bin, and a Landry in the building. You have great neighbors and it is pet friendly,
I have recommended this complex to many of my friends which have rented and love it as well .
Come and view the property we even have 3 BBQ area and a play ground.

Horrible owner all they care is about $$$$$

Not worth the money unprofessional management .you can live somewhere else paying the same and have way more amenities .the office staff in totowa nj very rude and nasty .
