Senior Graveyard

This is one of the worse places I've lived. It is way overpriced. There are bugs. The land is sinking. There are rodents. The entire complex needs to be torn down.

Nice Apt Homes, Poor Property Management

Once this community was sold by Costanza to the new property management company, the quality has gone down, the rents have gone up significantly every year, and the management team is either very unprofessional and/or will not communicate with you at all.
