Park Heights Apartments
I live in this building for 2 years and it's a nice quiet place but the management and maintenance people are horrible and try to say its your fault for everything. If you choose to live here DO NOT take a ground floor apartment. It floods constantly and they take no responsibility and won't get the correct pump to make the issues stop. When my apartment flooded after I had been traveling for a week, they said it was my fault and that I had to pay for the carpet cleaning and even the plummer.... The maintenance was not responsive at all and he lived on the 2nd floor. It take 4-5 calls for him to get back to you. I needed a filter changed and since he never got back to me I ended up changing it myself. When my lease was coming up there were at least 3 or 4 other tenants that were leaving at the same time. The best part is that it takes forever to get your security deposit back and all they say it's a glitch in the system. Well it needs to be fixed!

Park Heights Apartments
I live in Dover, NJ where the apartment selection, is not too plentiful. Most of the apartments in the area are on busy roads and don't have much privacy or amenities to offer. They most certainly don't allow dogs. My apartment building, although a little expensive, allows my girlfriend and I to have our dog AND live in a peaceful part of town. We have a beautiful stream that runs through the back of the property, most of the tenants are outgoing/ friendly and care about the building. This is... the first apartment building I've had neighbors that don't just walk past you as if you were a ghost but genuinely care for you and your day at work. (If you know anything about New Jersey, you should know that that's nearly impossible to find.) This building is a quick walk to downtown Dover, train to NYC, and quick ride to a plethora of shopping (Malls, Restaurants, etc.). Most importantly, its the ONLY affordable and peaceful place that will allow me to have my dog!

Park Heights Apartments
Dover is usually an overlooked town. Very crowded and most commonly known to be nearly impossible to find an apartment in a quiet area. My girlfriend and I came across Park Heights Apartments and we fell in love with it after the first month living there. We don't even have a need for our cars any more everything is so close. We can walk into downtown Dover and take the NJ Transit; extremely close to shopping malls, two grocery stores, tons of great restaurants, and we live in a quiet part of... town sandwiched between two beautiful parks with a river flowing through the back of the property. It's great to take our dog (oh yeah, did I mention they actually allow your furry friends!) on a morning walk and listen to the flowing river. The neighbors are friendly and it's the best apartment building I have lived in, ever really. I hope you choose to help my girlfriend and I with free rent for the year! It would be a dream come true!
