Management and Maintenance Issues

Do not move here. The neighbors are horrible and management never helps whenever I maintenance issue pops up. There is no phone number to call when there are issues. You will be on your own for weeks

still didnt receive my security deposit back

It's been 2 years, countless calls/emails and I've yet to get my security deposit. Mind you, my cabinets fell off the wall.

Small claims, here I come.

Try to find an apartment elsewhere

Let me preface this by saying that I'm I reallllly wanted to like this place. I moved in a little over a year ago. Since then the management has been disgusting - they take forever to fix anything in your unit, they do a poor job of tracking payments, they never answer the phone, very nasty customer service and rude attitude from the rental assistant. Basically they will only be around when it's time for you to sign your lease. I have spoke to many tenants who have expressed concerns about mice… and roach infestations and their units, which management seems to ignore. The actual apartment is nice, BUT I would urge you to try to find living elsewhere. Let this be your last option and worst case scenario.

Happy tenant

I find this place to be truly a blessing!
I've been here a little over a year; the apartment is
spacious with a beautiful view of the trees. As I turn
the key and open the door to my apartment, I am
greeted by the fall foliage outside of my livingroom window.
Coming from New York, an apartment of this size, near
transportation, and amenities, for the price I am paying,
just doesn't exist. The tenants are quiet and friendly.
Again, this place is a blessing to me.
