BEWARE!!!!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The quality of management and maintenance has gone downhill tremendously. Maintenance requests are not handled with any real sense of urgency, even when they involve basic living conditions that tenants should be able to expect in their homes.
Communication is frustrating, repairs take far too long, and residents are left repeatedly following up just to get issues addressed. Pest concerns and unresolved maintenance problems should never be treated as… something tenants simply have to live with.
For the amount of rent residents are expected to pay, the level of service and attention to tenant concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend living here based on my experience.
