First Property Mngmt-South Elmora Apartments

I lived here for 2 years the people at the desk take forever to help you when there is an issue, there is rats in the garbage for what they charge its a shame of a place.

I lived at this complex for 3 years .. the first two years were okay as there was different owners the current owner is horrible ! He tries to charge you to fix things in the apartment there are rats running around the garbage area and outside the complex . Mold in the apartments that they just paint over. The garbage area is atrocious and smells awful. Upon moving out they with held my security due to damages and clean up although the apartment was cleaned out and there were no damages .. this... place is not worth it at all !!! People steal packages The lawn is always overgrown with trash .. worst apt ever I wish I could give negative stars. Read More

My lease was 1 year I moved out after 3 months without my security deposit being returned to me. Roaches crawling on the ceiling on my couch crawling in my bed while I was sleeping it was emotionally devastating please do not make the mistake and move here!!
