If I could rate this apartment complex a lower rating I would. This place is not the best as it is an old complex. Something to point out is the supervisor does not do his job. When something happens he comes knocking hard and loud at the door early in the morning. If the issue isn't sorted within the hour he comes in and out not being able to fix what he came for and proceeds to not finish the job and just leaves. Another issues is that, (PACKAGES GET STOLEN) I put that in all caps because I... cannot emphasize this enough. If you're not outside the complex waiting for your package it will be stolen. On top of that he lets people that shouldn't belong in an apartment complex, for example, sales people that would normally come to homes to try and sell products. Unless the sales person lives there should be no sales person inside the apartment complex as it is a "Locked" building. What is the point in having a "locked" building if uninvited guests are allowed to come into your "house"? The fact that there is no maintenance crew in the case of an emergency shows how you're pretty much on your own if something happens. There are also families in here that have very loud children that they can't seem to control at all. You can't contact anyone if there's a problem inside the building.
