The Magnolia at Elizabeth

Loud noises early in the morning or late at night past midnight, 1am, 2am, 3am. Some residents don’t seem to need sleep. There is also constantly cigarette smell (sometimes weed) in my apartment and the whole building which makes me feel sick. Management posted no smoking notices on everyone’s door but that does not fix the problem.
