My experience has been an amazing 4 years living in Elmwood Village. The staff in the office are wonderful. The maintenance team is amazing. The keeping of the street I live on is nice and clean . My neighbor are awesome. I love the quietness of the street I live on.

I like it and very quiet and very safe for the kids and the schools are close and very clean and stores are close by and the police are very protective with the kids

Best experience. Loving the apartment. Super quiet. Ground always unkept. Great experience. Maintenance super fast if anything needs fixing. Submit request 10 mins later knock on door

Very disappointed and not at all satisfied. Specifically asked for certain amenities I needed and was assured I would have them. Until the day we moved in, nothing was the way we were told it would be. Specially the apartment, we were shown a "sample" apartment but the apartment we got did not look like the sample at all. Not going to continue with everything else, can write a book!! Can't wait to move!!
