The Landings at Riverwalk

There is a terrible cold draft by the heating and cooling unit. We requested that someone from building maintenance look at the problem but our request was ignored. The lack of proper insulation has caused our heating bill has tripled over the past year as compared to a similar sized apartment. We confirmed that our neighbors have the same issue.

We moved here a year ago and it's been a great experience so far. The entire staff is great and always available and ready to help. These apartments also offer many different amenities which make living here even more worth it.

Absolutely not worth the price. These apartments are marketed as “luxury,” but there’s nothing luxury about them. The unit I rented had cheap finishes, thin walls, and constant maintenance issues. You're paying top-dollar for builder-grade quality.
To make matters worse, management is unprofessional and unresponsive. Any concerns or maintenance requests were either ignored or met with attitude. Communication was terrible, and they clearly care more about getting your rent than providing a... livable experience.
Save yourself the money and frustration — there are much better options nearby for the same or even less.

Parking is chaotic, with staff creating their own spaces and using the building's electricity for personal vehicles. Constant dog waste in the garage is unhygienic and disrespectful in a family community.

The smell of marijuana invades every room, making it hard to assure my kids they’re safe at home.

The promised amenities are disappointing; the pool and gym are always crowded, and the lounge is often occupied by private events, leaving you feeling like an outsider.

What was meant to be a fresh start has become a source of stress. Paying a premium for a subpar living experience, especially when better options exist, is frustrating. I have been a resident for 8 years! Quiet,clean,and friendly are the three words I would use to describe Riverwalk. Peaceful morning walks are my favorite,safe and clean walkways... and the river view is always a treat! Two thumbs up!
