Marveland Crescent

Marveland Crescent is a great place to call home. The apartments are well maintained and if there's ever an issue it's taken care of quickly. Grounds are nicely maintained (Grass, leaves, and snow removal is good too). I've never had a problem with parking and everything is well lit. Great place to live, always clean, quiet, and safe.
Alicia The Property Manager is extremely nice, caring and very helpful. She is the best. We love her.
She is always available during working hours and after work,… especially during weather emergencies, in addition to the parties and gifts she does to residents for holidays, and the great help with school supplies at the beginning of the school year.

My husband and I have been at the Marveland Crescent for a little over 3 years now and we absolutely love it! The Property Manager Alicia is truly amazing, always pleasant to speak with and will answer immediately with any concerns that you may have. The maintenance -Emory is phenomenal as well and will be at your door asap if there's a problem.

I lived here for 2 years, and it was a great experience. The apartments are well maintained, and maintenance always responded quickly. The property manager, Alicia, is very responsive and takes care of it like it was her own. She knows all the tenants and goes above and beyond to meet everyone's needs. Love the location.

Have been living here for 3 years and have not had any issue. Whenever there is a problem, they are quick to check what is happening. They do checks of all the apartment buildings to make sure everything is up to date like the filters for the central AC. One thing I greatly appreciate is that they will let us know when someone will be coming to the apartment more than a day in advance instead of invading on my privacy the day of repairing. Finding a parking spot is easy thanks to the large lot.… We have a lot of camera survelliance throughout the parking lot and in the buildings which helps me feel safer. There is also someone who helps with maintence that also cleans the floor area outside apartment doors to keep it clean for the residents. The manager of this complex is very kind and during the holidays will give away free food and beverages for celebration. The neighbors are very kind as well. I appreciate that there is a rule placed for no smoking in the building and outside of the buildings. If people want to smoke, they need to be outside the area. My daughter and I feel very safe living here and highly recommend the place for living. Read More
