The Enclave at Raritan is highly recommended for its facilities and location. The rents may seem to be a bit high, but they are definitely worth it.

Just moved in so it’s a bit premature. Sometimes hallways are quite noisy.

We moved in less than a month ago, and the experience has been great. The apartment is very spacious, and everything—from the appliances to the finishes—feels high quality. The paint and flooring are also well done. Overall, I really love the modern living feel of both the apartment and the building.
The parking garage is extremely convenient as well, especially during the recent snowy days. Overall, it’s been a 10 out of 10 experience—from the leasing process and management/leasing team to all... of the amenities.

This is not a kid friendly development yet it seems half the population has children. A play area in the back or side should have been considered.
