Best in area

The recently built apartments offer a good balance of affordability and quality. We couldn't find any apartment that fit us until we found river pointe. We didn't want high end luxury apartments that were not affordable to us and the low end apartments with major issues were a no go. This community is awesome. We are sad to leave, but we are moving to Texas.

Apartment that became a Home

Previous tenant of River Pointe Apartments here. I signed a 2 year lease upon initial move-in and then extended my lease an extra year due to being a surgical resident at Jefferson Health NJ. My wife and I loved living here. Linda (property manager) was great and supper accommodating. The maintenance guy and Scott were super helpful as well. We would highly recommend to any medical residents that are looking for a quiet place to live with proper amenities and quick drive to nearby hospitals… and Philadelphia.

A great place to call home

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review. I have lived here now for 6 months and absolutely love it. The ground are kept immaculate, you can tell management really takes pride in their property. I have lived in another complex before this, and it doesn’t even compare. The staff is so friendly and available anytime you need them. So far I have only had to put in 1 maintenance request for something small, and it was handled by the time I got home from work, so painless and easy.… Location is in the middle of everything, all major shopping is 10 minutes away at most and the city is 5 minutes across the bridge, you couldn’t ask for a better location for this price. I have yet to find a bad thing to say, the grass is always cut, mulch and flowers are fresh, and the snow was handled beautiful for the difficult winter we had. If you are hesitant, don’t be, come see the property for yourself!

Peaceful and convenient location

We loved living there and its amenities! The manager and staff were really nice and accommodating to anything we ever needed. The location was very convenient to major highways and the landscaping was beautiful. It was peaceful living there. We will truly miss River Pointe.

Amazing Apartment!

This complex is honestly the best! This was my first time living alone and this community has put me completely at ease! It's just a wonderful and safe place to live. The inside is amazing and so updated and has everything that I could ask for. Linda at the leasing office is always so helpful. I would choose River Pointe over and over again!
