Great building!!
My husband and I lived here for two years and welcomed our first son here. The building is well maintained and all of the neighbors are super nice and courteous. We especially love the central location, the building is within walking distance to Aldo and target and a five minute drive from Walmart and Costco. Within 15 mins you can get to all of the major malls in the area including American Dream as well as some great parks like Overpeck. The only drawback is that the building is near the fire... station so there are more sirens than normal, but we got used to them. Overall I would recommend this building to any and all of my friends!

Best Building in Area
We had a great experience living there. The building is always clean, well-kept, and feels very modern. One thing he really liked was the gym—it has plenty of equipment, is well maintained, and makes it easy to get a workout in without having to leave the building.
The location is also a huge plus. The NYC bus is right nearby, which makes commuting into the city really convenient. Having easy access to New York while living in a quieter area was one of his favorite things about the building... .
The amenities overall are excellent and add a lot to the experience of living there. The common areas are nice, the building is secure, and management does a good job keeping everything running smoothly.
Gerald and Gina was always professional, helpful, and easy to work with whenever anything came up.
Based on my cousin's experience, I would highly recommend 300 State Street to anyone looking for a great place to live in Hackensack.

Great Place To Live
This is a great building, I love living here. The apartments are beautiful and the property is well maintained. Best pricing I’ve found in Hackensack and no random fees. I rarely hear my neighbors which is huge. Property management is nice and resolves issues quickly- especially Gina, she is awesome!
