my wife and i found this building while driving around looking for a place. We knew at first glance that this was the one. We contacted the property Manager Gina on that Saturday and she immediately responded and set up our appt for Monday morning. We loved the apartment and the building and Gina was so transparent with the costs and fees and procedures and we happily signed the lease on our new place. There were no hidden fees like other buildings in the area and Gina made everything so easy… and to this point is just a text message away to answer any of our questions at any time. I drove an hour for a scheduled 10:00 a.m. appointment on a Saturday and arrived on time. At exactly 10:00 a.m., I received a text from Gina saying they couldn’t show the apartment because they weren’t sure if the current tenant had moved out yet.

This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If there was any uncertainty about whether the unit would be available to show, I should have been notified before making a one-hour drive. I even texted at 9:20 a.m., and no one mentioned… there was an issue.

Instead, they tried to shift the blame to the tenant rather than take responsibility for scheduling an appointment they couldn’t honor. My time is valuable, and this experience showed a lack of communication, planning, and respect for prospective renters.

Because of how this was handled, I am no longer interested in renting from this property. I would not recommend wasting your time if this is how they treat potential tenants. Read More

I’ve been living here for 2 years I love this place it’s very clean and well kept, the staff is amazing owners are incredible Gina is an Angel!!! I would definitely recommend living here.
