Terrible

Insufficient heat! My apt is always freezing. I had to call and complain everyday for weeks and its been over a month now still insufficient heat. They put on the heat in the middle of the night whenever they feel like it. Second issue are the roaches and spiders. My first week living here I found four roaches. I had to go out and buy roach injection. Come to find out they bombed the next door neighbor and the roaches cane crawling to my apt. Third issue is parking. If you live in building A… then it is a mission to park your car and get into the building as there is no direct entrance from the lot to the building. Just imagine grocery shopping and carrying a lot of bags. Fourth issue is my bedroom closet. It brakes every time you slide it open. I’ve had it “fixed” About 5 times now and it still breaks. Lastly the girls in the office are very disorganized they lost my rent check and could not locate it til after three weeks. Nobody wanted to take the blame. This was my first year here its only been 4 months so far and I can not wait til the lease expires so that I can run out of here!

Nice apartment , quiet area

How the chance to live here twice. Very nice apartment with large bedroom . Alot of closet space. Super takes care of problems quick. Also excellent quiet area.

wordt Aparement ever rented.

Me & my daughter moved to 50 Arcadia Road Apt Q on the 15th of Jily. The entire apt is infested with insects & worms. They did not tell us about this infestation before we moved. I would have never moved to an apt with this much insect infestation. There are worms crawling on the walks, spiders, ants, bugs & other insects that I have never before seen. I complained to the management & even sent email but their attitude is very bad & never responded to my email. I went to the office & requested… for extermination. They came & sprayed here & there but no result. The insects & worms are still bothering us every day. We cannot live like this. We can't even leave our food out for even 5 seconds. This is ridiculous. The carpet must be infested with worms. We cannot live like this. The worst apartment I've ever rented in my life.

Older Building, but Everything you could ask for

We moved from a nicer building because the rent was too high and we were only working off one income. We were shocked at our first tour of the facility when we found units twice the size for hundreds of dollars cheaper at a better location with no loss of amenities. The staff and neighbors are all very close, and we couldn't be happier anywhere else to call home. For value, location and experience, you can't get any better than Arcadia Court in Hackensack.
