Pro's and Con's
Pro's:
-Spacious apartment
-Location is close to everything
-Safe and quiet tenants
-Pretty cool view if you live on the 4th floor back of the building
-Private parking is extremely worth it and affordable
-Newly renovated apartments are beautiful (kitchen and bathroom)
Con's
-No pets at all
-Always hot on the 4th floor, no matter what time of year. In the winter, top floor is still warm. In the summer, be prepared to pay a high electric bill as you'll die without AC on at all times
-Guest... parking is horrible, no parking ever on the street.
-Building is in the middle of high school and hospital. Noisy throughout the day.
-Garbage always thrown all over the place, especially by the mailboxes (Lower Level).
-Most tenants are rude.
-Elevator always crashes.
