State Gardens Apartments

I caught a rat feasting on my baking pan this afternoon. I was laying down when I heard a rattle. Looked up, and there was a black nasty looking thing menacing its tail over my oven. I jumped, and out it went, sliding on its fat belly back into the depths of my oven. I called the super, Sokol, knowing full well he wasn't going to do anything. As expected, he didn't. I absolutely loved my entire experience with Lombardo Realty at State Gardens apartments. The approval process was smooth and the apartment was in excellent condition with a new kitchen and bathroom, the maintenance calls (Sokol) were handled promptly (most times same day), the grounds were well maintained, and the office staff were exceptional and prompt to answer your call or email (Christine) It was in a perfect location for transportation to NYC the market, church, cleaners, library,... restaurants, pharmacy, and downtown. I live in a small building, have been there for about 2 yrs., my apartment is very comfortable and secured, well maintain, whenever I need the super he is always available. I am close to many restaurants and shopping centers, I can take the bus to NY and almost anywhere in New Jersey right across the street from my apartment.
