Awesome experience!

I have been here for 6 months, i absolutely love this building and our apartment. Love the staff. Zero complaints. Management is super friendly and accommodating.

Cheap

This building is made incredibly cheap. The toilets have so many problems. The dryer is incredibly slow. The overhead doors have been broken for months. You can hear everything your neighbors do and say because the walls are very thin- it’s like you have roommates. The water is hard. The fire alarm goes off once a month at least because people keep smoking & we all have to evacuate. The doors slam all day. Management is also very rude.

Our team works diligently to address maintenance concerns and building issues as they are reported. While some… repairs may require coordination with outside vendors or specialized parts, we strive to complete them as quickly as possible and keep residents informed throughout the process.

We understand that noise can be a concern in any multifamily community, and we encourage residents to report specific issues so that we can investigate and take appropriate action when possible. Regarding fire alarm activations, resident safety is our top priority, and all alarms are treated seriously in accordance with local safety requirements.

We also take customer service very seriously and are sorry to hear that you feel your interactions with management have been less than satisfactory. Providing professional and respectful service to our residents is important to us.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and work toward a resolution. Please contact the management office at your convenience so we can better understand your experience.
