Once all the units were occupied management completely exited the building and could care less with what’s going on with it. The building upkeep is laughable and nonexistent. To give residents some kind of reprieve from the filth they finally hired another lackluster cleaning company that did the barest of minimums. I could smell that the elevator was mopped not because it smelled clean but because there was a musty sour smell left behind. For the amount of money they charge to live here it’s... actually criminal for how the building is kept. I have a few things that needs attention in my apartment but I won’t bother as other residents have told me their work orders have been closed without the issue being resolved or communication with what’s to happen next. -Building NOT clean.
-No doorman as advertised.
-Sutton Management SUCKS and they don’t come to work. They are cheap.
-Smoking in the building.
- Over a month and still only ONE WORKING ELEVATOR, they haven’t even addressed it with tenants.
-Rats in garage.
-Pet urine in elevators and hallways.
- Walls are thin, I can hear neighbors phone conversations.

The building is so run down! There are only two elevators and one has been out for over two weeks. They don’t clean the building at all, there is dog urine and trash everywhere. The building manager Steve only shows his face maybe 3x a month and has no clue what he’s doing. Many of the tenants are complaining. I saw a rat in the garage the other day. They should hire the proper team to manage the building effectively but they’re too CHEAP and just want to collect our rent. It’s awful, can’t wait... to move. Read More

Ever since David left this building has been declining, he really cared about the upkeep of the building and the satisfaction of the residents unlike the schmuck that’s there now.The apartments are nice and spacious but that’s it. The building itself isn’t cleaned correctly or not at all, I’m talking about the use of filthy musty mops and rags to wipe everything down that leaves a smell and snail trail! Maintenance is only available M-F and that’s only until 6 I believe. If you have any problems... on the weekends or after that time expect to pay! They also are poor with communicating. There has been only 1 elevator working for the past 2 weeks. You can find a better building for the same “luxury” price and experience somewhere else in Hackensack buildings are popping up like weeds! Read More

The building has declined drastically. The property is not cleaned properly. The lobby is full of dog hair and garbage. The halls and stairwells have trash and are rarely cleaned. The owners go with the lowest bid and not the best company. The new cleaning company is terrible. The maintenance requests are not adhered to properly. I would not recommend this property. I wish the new owners would do better. They don’t conduct proper background checks for the tenants.
