Best place to live

I have lived here at Mansfield for 2 1/2 years and I have no complain. The maintenance team is amazing and the peace that I enjoy here has no price. When something needs to be fixed Omar send his guys right away. Besides it is a centric area I have all the amazing stores around me so what else can I ask for? The Landlord I don't personally know him but he cares for the facility that it looks nice, beautiful and clean. I congratulate him and I hope that I never have to leave from here. This… is the most peaceful place I've had. I love Mansfield Village

They are always at your service

MY A/C has not been working for a while - it has been in and out - (the heater portion). They fixed it right away. They are amazing - especially the super OMAR. He ensures things are done to keep the place up and running. Nice place to live.

Great place to settle down

I’ve been living in Mansfield village fore about 4 years now and I can’t say enough good things about this place! The apartments are well maintained and well designed. Maintenance is always available 24/7 with great response times. Having a great maintenance honestly makes the place worth it! There’s also plenty of grassy areas for kids to play and even a tennis court. Overall a wonderful and clean place!

Professional, Attentive, and Kind

After 6 months of living here, I can safely say that I am more than satisfied with my experience. Everything from phone calls, touring apartments, applying and signing my lease was seamless and wonderful (even during COVID-time). Since moving in, Omar and his team have been nothing less than professional, courteous, and responsive. Anytime I've had an issue (not that there's been many, but on the occasion that they do happen...) the team is there in a timely manner to fix everything, good-as-new… . If you're looking for a safe place to live with a wonderful team to support the place, this is where you should go.

Great Response Time

I placed a call regarding the hall light that is in the stairway between my apartment and my neighbor upstairs apartment that comes on at night night that went out. It went out causing the stairway to be dark and dangerous. Maintenance made sure the light was replaced within a day.
