Infestation

I initially thought this would be great place for my first apartment and I was quickly proven wrong. There is a serious roach infestation. I have never experienced this and did all I could to control it as I had NO support from management. I expressed to them the importance of bombing the entire building and it never happened. I also found myself cleaning up the garbage outside left from other residents and people walking by and management did not enforce more clean the surroundings. Also,… parking is NOT revered for apartments. I did not have a parking spot as the parking lot near me was fully taken as some apartments get more than one spot leaving you with none. Move at your own risk

****Great place to rent****

I have been here for 16 years...I like the apartment,the area,the well-kept landscape. The on site staff are very helpful with any concerns. The super is always ready to help you with any issues of apartment repair...the new management has also placed a dog park and children’s playground area ,another plus for families with children and pets. The apartments are well located in an ideal location with transportation nearby and all the main highways...it’s a great place to call home......S. Ventola

Worst service

I’ve been here for 4 years and for the past year there has been a roach infestation. It’s disgusting. They fix things so poorly that it breaks right back. I wouldn’t recommend it here to nobody

Amazing! A+++ 5 Stars

I have been living here for 3 years. New management has helped tremendously. They hired competent and helpful staff. Additionally they started really upgrading the amenities. The dog park and kid playground has been a huge uplift. Not to mention the new finishes being inputted into the apartments look incredible
