I lived here for more than 2 years and had a very pleasant stay. Shiryn and Phil were very helpful, and the apartment was quite spacious. The area was much safer and much cleaner than New Brunswick. The rent was very reasonable compared to New Brunswick, and also included all utilities except internet. The location is excellent: NJ transit buses (814, 810) are just a short walk away, and there are at least 3 train stations (New Brunswick, Edison, Metuchen) nearby. For morning/evening walk... Donaldson Park is within walking distance, and the boat ramp there offers excellent view of the Raritan river (especially during fall foliage). As a foreigner, I really enjoyed watching deers and high tide in Donaldson Park. Also, the sidewalk in front of the apartment has many Kwanzan cherry trees and looks absolutely gorgeous during the cherry blossom season. Overall, I really liked this apartment. Read More

I had a great experience renting this apartment! The landlord was not only kind but also very responsible. One winter when I was locked out of my apartment the landlord came to my rescue very quickly, which was much appreciated. The property was well maintained. The neighborhood felt safe, and I was happy to find a variety of take-out options, especially near the Hmart area. The other tenants were friendly as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment

Lived at this property for several years. Nice and clean apartment. Reasonable pricing, good location with parking. Built great relationship with property management. Would recommend this place!

Shine your eye before applying for this apartment. No maintenance but yearly crazy increment with security deposit. Do forget about your deposit even if you did not damage anything. Your no gonna get half you money back. This property is managed by a money machine landlady.
