First the pros - maintenance department was great -- responsive, friendly and got the job done; the apartment size was great, roomy and had update appliances, etc. Second the cons - management stated before I moved in there would be carpeting in all the rooms, after signing the lease I was then told that I needed to cover 75% of my floors with throw rugs (LR had no carpet -- but yet the woman upstairs from me didn't have any carpet/throw rugs at all); dog droppings all over - people just don't… want to pick up; garbage/recycling bins were always overflowing - as I witnessed with one of the tenants, they just throw their recycling/garbage wherever they wanted (sometimes not in bags/boxes); kids slamming doors all day and up til about 10 p.m. at night, they come and ring your door bell and run at all hours of the day and night -- it is obvious the parents don't care (management said they couldn't do anything about that); the rotten smells that were coming from next store were horrible -- they would air out their apartment all the time by leaving their front door open (management wouldn't do anything about it); the neighbor upstairs acting like a two year old by stomping on the floor (mind you this is an adult woman (supposedly)) and dropping heaving things on the floor (lifting furniture at all hours of the night, screaming and yelling at all hours of the night) - management called her twice and asked for it to stop and it just got worse so management stopped calling this tenant even though things got worse; parking lot was spacious but other tenants seemed not care about other cars around them by parking so close to the next car they dinged your car and denied it when you are standing right there when they did it. I don't think management really cares about their tenants especially when a complaint comes in. They just ignore it and hope it goes away. It is really sad. First the positives with a few negatives; it is quiet and isolated from the main community, which is nice and the apartments were spacious and comfortable. The pool was great on hot days but the availability and times were often not convenient and it should be open earlier in the year and everyday of the week in the month of June. The fitness center was nice and convenient on bad weather days but equipment was poorly maintained. Neighbors were nice and always pleasant but very inconsiderate… at times with regard to basic common curtsies, like picking up after their pets. There was always plenty of parking except on the weekends, you would have to park far from your apartment at times but not a major problem. Now the main negatives, the leasing office was often difficult to deal with with regard to any concern or problem you brought to their attention. They never solved or intervened when conflicts occurred or were brought to their attention. They picked and choose which terms of the lease they would enforce and therefore were inconsistent at enforcing the terms of the lease with the different tenants. A lot of the appliances in the apartments were insufficient and inadequate. The walls were poorly sanded and you could see several errors in the painting as a result. The hallways outside the apartments were always dirtied and never cleaned and during the winter the snow removal was very sporadic and often done at times when people were sleeping and it was loud. The dumpsters for garbage and recycling were always a disaster and everyone would just throw their garbage anywhere and everywhere with no concern for others. I m living in this apartment 3 month but unfortunately my project got moved so i need to go but best place to live specially my appartment which is at west facing nice view and all things were good specially Mark ( property manager)and Michele (leasing manager)they both were really nice always helped me , Michelle is wonderful always ready to help n listen you patiently, she is a gem of this society , I recommend this society with five star .. really loved it never moved if i m not transferred.… . thanks to Mark & Michele ! Sunnymeade Run is absolutely breath taking. I live in a three bedroom apartment and it is extremely spacious. I have 4 kids and everything fits with room to spare. The neighbors are fantastic and friendly. There is never a parking issue. The neighborhood is quiet and atmosphere relaxing. I would recommend anyone to come join the community and live here. Michelle is the agent and she is a doll. Very helpful and answers all questions to the best of her ability. I love the clubhouse, especially the… computer room.
