This apartment is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee based on stay length may be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through a verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
