This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost key fobs. Outside guests are not permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), with restrictions on certain breeds. An additional pet fee based on stay length may be collected separately depending on the booking platform. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and their presence may be declined.
