This place is amazing!

Moved in around late October of last year, and welcomed is an understatement. The leasing office crew are so kind and supportive, and honestly all the neighbors I have met or run into have a smile on their faces. Not to mention they throw lovely parties! There was a holiday one in December and it was so heart warming! Also to add, they are super friendly to all kinds of people! It was super refreshing and thoughtful to have been asked about myself (name, pronouns, etc.) instead of being assumed... by any of the listed above.

Review of Sylvan woods in Howelll

We moved to these apartments one yr ago. It’s been an excellent experience. The apartments are new and the buildings beautifully clean . The management is highly responsive to any request , so promptly it is a pleasure to deal
With them.
The club house and its amenities as well as the pool are excellent and again , the management very accommodating with any requests They are also very generous and plan fun activities for the residents.
We are in a first floor apartment , and are sometimes... disturbed by footsteps from the floor above us which is the only negative. But again the management has been very responsive to try and improve the situation.
The wooded area on the side of the buildings adds to the peaceful ambience in spite of the fact we are located on a highway
Altogether highly recommend Sylvan woods in Howell as a very desirable place to live in.

Very nice place

I’ve been here since the beginning, and I must say I’m very happy living here. Diane and her team are the best. Diane made the leasing and move in process run very smooth and simple. She is very attentive to all the residents needs and she is always planning events to get the community together. Between her and Kelly, we’re always informed and know what’s going on around the place.
The two of them are super friendly, helpful and never hesitate to help you out with whatever needs to be... done…their door is always open. And should you need maintenance, Tim is there taking care of it before you know it.

Highly recommend this place…new, modern, clean, safe, good people, etc

Very nice place

The management team is attentive and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and supported. The superintendent stands out for prompt responses and skillful handling of any maintenance requests.
The apartment features modern appliances with the latest technology. These result in keeping energy costs down.
A nice location—shopping, restaurants, and essential services are all just a short drive away.
