I moved here in January 2022, and have only good things to say. The concierge staff is absolutely lovely, maintenance is quick and reliable, and the management is so kind and helpful. The thick interior walls prevent noise from neighbors and the hallway, and the modern windows keep street noise to a minimum. Never heard any noise from the gym, and I’m only 2 floors below. The layout of my unit is cozy and modern, equipped with spacious closets, in unit laundry, and a dishwasher. I've been a resident at 351 Marin, managed by the KRE Group, for a significant amount of time. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me with a growing sense of frustration and disappointment, not only due to the persistent noise issues but also because of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the property manager.

For the past three months, I have consistently suffered from disruptive noise originating from the gym located above my apartment. These disturbances have been so severe... that they've disrupted my sleep, leading to sleep disorders and even causing mental health issues like illusory hearing. The noise, often occurring late at night, has left me feeling exhausted and anxious.

In my attempts to address these issues, I have reached out to the concierge team regularly, calling them every day to request intervention. I've also communicated via email with the property manager every few days. Shockingly, the property manager has consistently ignored my emails, showing complete disregard for my concerns. Additionally, during Zoom meetings intended to address this problem, the manager failed to turn on her camera, displaying a lack of transparency and professionalism.

Perhaps most frustrating of all is the property manager's repeated assertion that she cannot make decisions. This unprofessional approach has left me feeling unheard and without a resolution.

As a tenant, I believe it's essential to maintain a peaceful living environment and to receive professional and timely responses to concerns. I hope the KRE Group takes this matter seriously, addresses the ongoing noise disturbances promptly, and ensures that their property managers adhere to professional standards of communication and accountability. Before signing leasing agreement, leasing office told me that they offer free charging for EV. After I moved in, I was told EV charging is not free for residents.

This will cost me $800-$1000 per year. They reply they can offer me $50 credit.

I am very disappointed after I moved into this brand new building. My unit is beneath the gym, which becomes a nightmare. The gym floor is poorly designed. People frequently drop heavy weights on the floor and made very loud noise.
