45-47 Ravine Ave Apartments

It's about a 10 minute walk from the light rail. There is laundry in the building and an almost new kitchen with a dishwasher that is okay. The apt gets so humid in the summer that the bathroom door doesn't shut so a dehumidifier is a must. The apt is a little loud and I think the upstairs neighbor can hear quite a bit. Street parking can be difficult if you get home too late.
