A solid apartment to live

Well kept property and family friendly. Awesome park across the street. New laundry room and gym are a plus. I wish my apartment had New York City views like some of the other ones.

Great place to live

This is a great apartment complex. The management is very kind and helpful and the building is maintained very well. Service requests are handled promptly and professionally. The location is also great with nearby buses and a park with a track, tennis court, farmers market, and fitness classes. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

From a Loooong time Renter

I have been living at this building for close to 16 years. The building is nice, clean and they keep up with the maintenance. The super is warm, friendly and accommodating. I have absolutely no issues whatsoever. Any fixes gets taken care of immediately. Hence, my longevity.

My Personal Experience/Opinion Renting Here

Clean upkeep building. No noise complaints from tenants. Great building manager in Ms Wangdu. Minutes away from NJ Path for easy commute to the city. Building has its own laundry in the basement. Overall good building to move to.

This building has a cool view to New York, easy commute with a lot options for transportation and restaurant. Family and friendly place to live. Pet friendly as well.
