Definitely a Luxury Apartment!
I've lived at the Art House for 5 years and have all good things to say about the quality of the building, the management company and the staff who work there.
The finishes in the apartments are very high end. More along the line of something you'd expect in a condo apartment vs. a rental apartment. High ceilings, quality fixtures, oversized tub in the bathroom etc.
Location is extremely convenient. A couple of blocks to the Grove St path and a couple of blocks to the waterfront walkway....
Management and building maintenance keep everything in good working condition. If there are ever any maintenance issues they are fixed promptly.
Concierge desk is very secure, making sure guests check in if they do not live in the building. The gym has all the equipment one could want, including two Peloton bikes.
The management also makes an effort to go above an beyond with free services like a weekly apartment refresh and community events such as wine tastings and yoga.
I would highly recommend this building or likely any DVORA property if you're looking for a rental in Jersey City.

Great Place to live!
The Arthouse has been a great place to live, I love building and neighborhood. The location is so convenient close to everything - mall, supermarket, path/lightrail stations. Planning to stay at the Arthouse for a while!

Beautiful building the developer Shuster does with all of his properties. The Oakman and The Art House is truely a testiment of "elevated" living everything is surperb about these two homes!
