Nice ish, but a lot of leaking issues

Apartments look nice, decent space, okay location, but nothing about it is great. Management is mostly unresponsive. The building has leaks left and right, to which management doesn’t respond about. The best thing about this place is the neighbors. Great community! But the building itself is brand new and very poor construction. Considering the price point and lack of amenities on top of the construction and management issues, I won’t be renewing.
