Very poorly maintained and does not provide basic necessities such as heat
Apartment building is maintained by rock properties, very cheap management, super is very rude, they switch off heat in the middle of night. Roches and mice are plenty. Tenants leave the building in short period of time as they tired of the management. Construction and automobile garbage in the backyard of the building. IT IS JUST A NIGHTMARE TO LIVE HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
