Nestled in the commuter friendly New Jersey Bayshore, this small quiet residential community offers a comfortable apartment at reasonable prices. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a few small homes. We are near AT&T and other fine jobs, as well... as shopping, the NYC bus or train, and a small family owned amusement park and water park and sandy beaches with a grand view of New York City. We are adjacent to a 10 mile park bicycle trail, that runs from Keyport to Atlantic Highlands. Our local phone number is 732.618.9134.

How Is This Rating Determined?

Not a good place to live

I've lived here a long time. It's amazing that these buildings haven't been condemned yet, and for the amount they have raised the rent over the past few years under new ownership is absolutely outrageous.
The units are spacious, but there are so many problems that ownership refuses to solve. Not to mention there are a few nasty characters among our current neighbors.
Do not waste you time looking here.
